SO worth it!
I purchased the Asurion protection plan for my watch. The plan was really inexpensive. After about a year, my watch stopped working properly. I followed the instructions and found out that they couldn't repair my watch but, they sent me a check so that I could purchase a new one. SO worth it!

Required Return Shipping
I was hoping I could just get a refund after sending in pictures of the product, especially given that the product was cheap. Instead, I had to fill out a repair form, ship it back it back with the receipt and the form, and then they refunded it.This was a little more burdensome than AllState protection which I purchased in the past for an Amazon order.

Great splayout of numbers. Ability to light the facade. Great features.
There is nothing I disliked. The packaging was great. It was easy to set. The strap was perfect. It was ready to use out of packaging. The facade makes the numbers easy to read. The lighting capability for night use is a great feature. The price was well worth it. Thanks for this great product.

Does not cover accidental damage.
Shame on me for not getting clarification before purchasing this plan. The terms and conditions that are listed on the description as well as the one that was sent to me in the confirmation email state:"For Products Designed to be Portable in Nature, including Eyewear: This Plan covers breakdowns caused by unintentional and accidental damage from handling of the product (“ADH”), as a result of normal use of the product."and additionally:WHAT IS NOT COVERED: Breakdown caused by accidental damage, spilled liquids (unless you purchased a portable electronic product or eyewear), insect infestation, misuse, abuse, or intentional physical damage;Sounds like a watch would be covered, right? Being that a watch is both patently portable and the one I purchased also happens to runs on a battery, I struggle to understand how a watch could be construed to not be a "portable electronic product" or "portable in nature". There are no further clarifying sections on the T&Cs that would exclude "dumb" watches or define what they consider to qualify as either of those categories.Attempting to file a claim online results in the system kicking me out and telling me that the damage may be covered by the manufacturer, which it is not.Calling in, the first representative poked around for a few minutes then informed me that he was unable to "override" the computer telling that the damage was not covered because it was accidental. I went back to look through the T&Cs to make sure I knew what I was talking about and called back in. After getting the same initial shtick with a different representative, I pushed back and quoted their T&Cs upon which she said she would "look into it" for me but ended up telling me that there was a different department I should talk to instead. The 3rd rep again stuck to their guns and refused further processing of the claim because the damage was accidental at which point I requested to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor repeated the same spiel and then requested that I email her the T&Cs that I have received from them. After reading through the T&Cs she again denied that their plan covers the damage to my old-fashioned watch because it's not electronic enough. In the end she offered to refund me the $3.99 I paid for this plan at which point I decided to cut my losses and agreed and walked away.So if you purchase this plan, expect it to not cover accidental damage and if you do try to make a claim on the plan, expect to spend a bunch of time playing games with their representatives. All in all, this is shady as all get out. Shame on me for falling for it and shame on Amazon for offering it and letting all of these fake reviews pad up their rating.
