Perfect! Not to sweet & NOT that fake taste. Everyone loved the strawberry cake filling. I used this whole sleeve for 1 cake. It was 2 large 9" cakes that I cut in half. So basically 3 layers of strawberry. Really was a hit! Wish I would have taken a picture of the inside of the cake 🤦‍♀️

I was very disappointed with the flavor of this filling. It had an overly intense artificial strawberry flavor. I was filling cupcakes at the last minute for a party and had no choice but to use it. I noticed cupcakes were left half eaten.

I used this item for my granddaughters sweet 16 cake. It was amazing. Tasted wonderful not real sweet.

I bought this item as a recommendation from a friend to fill a birthday cake I was making. It was just what I needed. I had tried others and I really liked the texture, taste, color, and consistency.
