Stopped working after a few days. It's charged turns on and off but doesn't work on my screen anymore.

This pen is a life saver. I bought it so my clients could sign square transactions easier than with their finger. I usually have to charge it every couple of days. I do t always remember to turn it off between uses. Only negative is, it’s hard to see the red or blue dot which tells you it on or off and only shows up if you push the button on top.

This item did not work with my iPhone 7 Plus or on an iPhone 8 Plus. It also did not work on iPad. I charged it and the light was on during the time, but no dice.
