Highly recommended these for an insane pump!. I have a scoop of creatine usually before I train and with just 2 of these my arms feel like they are going to split 🤣👍.The other benefit ice found is a great pump even if training the same body part the next day.

Not easy to swallow, due to the size of capsules. Found no flavour at all.

Should be advertised as 750mg so you the lay person who needs might be between 12-18grams of said product know it is not for you.Per 2 capsules is 1500mg or 1.5 grams per 1 750mg or. Per cap 50 as in 50%. This is advertised on the back in small print.In my case i was consuming 8 often just 4 would give a sickly feeling and make me feel like throwing up in the end the jury's out on whether it did anything at all. As i supplemented this with brockley and spinach.My 2 star rating was primarily due to misleading labelling on the front and cost but almost all do it.

I feel more balanced after having experienced a need for L'Arginnine in my life nearly 10 years ago. These tablets replace sachets and drinks I used and give me confidence. They are easy to use and replaceable with other products.

Feel happier buying this than trying to buy something less potent on the high street
