the pipe we have is 160, will 150 rat blocket fit?

Hi i need one of these for a outlet 110mm with a fitted slipper on end has the manufacturer made one for outlets or would i have to modify rgds t

My drainage pipes are 100mm (just over 4 inches). Will this fit? It's advertised at: 110mm/4" so I assume so but 110mm is closer to 4.3".
