Q: Is this comforter soft? i like really soft comforters.

Yes. This comforter is very soft. But I must tell you, the picture does not show what it really looks like. It looks rumpled ALL THE TIME!! Even after ironing - it looks rumpled, which drives me insane. I need my comforter to look like the picture! Nice and neat! This comforter doesn't look like that - not close. Also, I put the shams through a rinse cycle with fabric softener - then ironed them. Still couldn't get the creases out!

Q: Is the comforter machine washable?

It says it is machine washable but when I washed it on the gentlest cycle, it ripped everywhere. This is definitely NOT machine washable!

Q: How do you get wrinkles out of comforter and pillows

Hello Kathy, Thank you for your inquiry. Possibly the best way to remove the wrinkles would be to lightly spray mist with water and allow to hang dry over shower rod or place in dryer on air dry or dry on delicate low heat. We do recommend using a commercial dryer and washer as this will allow more free movement of the comforter. Sincerely, JLAHome
