I absolutely love this set! It’s soft and lightweight which is perfect for Arizona when paired with a lightweight insert. I bought this for my teenage sons bedroom re-model and it is perfect. As far as sizing, I made a mistake and bought a full-size instead of a queen ( again MY mistake), but it still works out and if I had bought the queen it would have fit perfect! It will still work out great because I bought some awesome sheets that I don’t mind showing through a little bit and I will also have the boxspring covered as well so you don’t see it. So the size appears to be true to what standard American sizes are for beds. Now, for the color issue that people seem to be having with the gray buffalo check... It is gray, and gray wall either pull from the red and purple family or from the blue and green family, that’s just how gray works. However your lighting is also going to play a factor in how this gray looks in your room, as well as the other colors that are in the room, especially the color on your walls. This comforter will have a mauvie or purple tone to it under warmer light. It will be a true gray in natural light, i.e. windows are open in the sun is shining in. I am attaching a picture of the whole bed set on my sons bed as well as close-ups and you can see it up against the gray sheets that I bought to accompany it, it is a true gray and an appropriate white for the pattern. when you put this bed set up against a khaki or brown colored sheet or wall it is going to pull the red tones from those walls or sheets and produce the purple color that a lot of people are seeing. I’m not sure of a way to resolve this issue outside of putting very natural lightbulbs in your light fixtures and painting your walls a gray color or a white color or even black. In my sons room the top of his walls are gray and the bottom is a dark brown almost black wainscoting so it works well with what I have going on. But I love the set so much I wanted to set the record straight because I think that grays can be a very difficult color in a bedroom when there are other colors going on, but this bedding is absolutely true to color, at least the gray buffalo check is. There were also some other complaints of the pillowcases being too small, I did not have that issue, I can see if you have a really fluffy fat pillow it might be a tight squeeze but as far as the dimensions as you can see my queen pillows fit just fine in the pillowcases. They are really full pillows which I like, but I’ve had Asian made bedding where the pillowcases are absolutely too small for a standard pillowcase and it’s frustrating- This is not the case with this bedding set. The ties are super convenient to put a down or alternative comforter inside of it, and as a sidenote for anyone who hasn’t used duvets with down comforters, I would highly suggest you get on YouTube and search videos on how to insert a down comforter into a duvet because there is absolutely is an easier way to do it that isn’t as time-consuming as stuffing a duvet with a comforter and then shaking it out trying to get it to fill in the corners, but it’s nothing I can explain here. I’m usually not a leave a review type of person, I make my purchase and move on with my life ... but I love this set so much and I wanted to clear the air on some of the negative reviews, I’m not sure what went wrong with the bedding set that other people have purchased or what the certain circumstance is for their complaints and I’m definitely not discounting that, but in my case for the set I received after purchase those things just aren’t an issue for me. I would absolutely recommend this to anybody, it is an amazing value for the money And I will more than likely be buying more of these for my home.

I bought this duvet cover & sham set to switch up my bedroom for fall. I do use a top sheet when I sleep, so I wasn't too concerned with overall comfort and was just going for a "look". But I was pleasantly surprised by this set. It's actually very comfortable, and it also washed really well. No pilling on the fabric! I did wash this by itself before putting it on my bed, so I can't speak to the potential for color transfer. The lint color coming out of the dryer was nothing crazy though (I have black sweatshirts that have been washed multiple times that still turn the lint black and can't be washed with any light colors). I would purchase from this brand again and highly recommend this set in particular. Love it!!

Very surprised at what good quality this duvet cover is. It is nice quality fabric and has corner ties which is amazing!!! I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase!

Ordered two twin duvets for our cabin in the woods bunk beds. Oddly, each twin came with two pillow cases. I washed them all, used fabric softener and dried before putting on the beds. They are soft enough and of good weight, washed up well. They look very nice and I recommend them highly.

I was hoping this would be softer, it's warm and seems to be good quality so far. I really like that it had a zipper closing - I always break buttons

Was looking for a new duvet cover as I’m in the midst of updating my bedroom. (Shiplap wall is next) I read the reviews and for the price I figured I had nothing to lose.Came in three days. No funky smell to it, but did wash first before putting on my bed. Zipper is convienant and appears durable. The colour of grey can kind of take on a light purple or blue depending on lighting or what it is paired with. Cat hair resistant (which was the main reason I wanted a new duvet cover) It is lightweight and very comfortable. I have a comforter in it currently as my hubby gets to hot with our wonderful duvet. A little seethrough however it’s an old green comfortable and once again depending on light or angle you can see the design of the comforter. Fits my queen bed just perfect. Would absolutely recommend.

Ordered this to replace a duvet cover that had run its useful life lol. Knew there may be some issues based on reading reviews but gave this a try anyway based on great low price. Works great for us and looks good too. Fits our queen size duvet from Silk and Snow. Wished it had a sturdier zipper (will be interesting to see how long it lasts) but works well so far, on thin side but our duvet is white so all good for now, pillow cases fit our smaller pillows on bed but will not fit larger fluffier ones. Overall- good value for price. Ordered grey and white checkered. I'm considering ordering one more in a different colour.

True, I’ve only washed it once so I can’t comment on longevity. But based on appearance & feel it’s perfect, exactly what I wanted, & looks just like the photos.Made of a slightly rough cotton (but already softer after the one wash), it’s sturdier than a similar but flimsy Ikea product, which simply didn’t hold up to my cat’s claws &/or multiple washing.Arrived w/in 48 hours

Very happy with this purchase. It’s nicer than I expected. Most of all, it’s so easy to iron. Put the duvet in, and directly ran the iron over with steam to get the slight creases out from washing.The fabric is thin, so I don’t know how well it’ll hold from use and several washes over the year(s).

I have other cotton duvets from this same brand/company and I much prefer those ones. First, I don't consider this colour gray, it's more taupe in my opinion. Which is disappointing, because gray is definitely the look I was going for. And second, I know this is pure cotton, but it really wrinkles ! I'm going to have to iron it before I put it on my bed ( I hate ironing) I will likely use this on my son's bed and reorder something different 🤷🏼‍♀️
