John BoosHNS01 Maple Top Work Table with Galvanized Base and Shelf, 36" x 24" x 1-3/4"

I have heard great things about Boos tables in the past. When I needed to add one to my kitchen, I searched multiple sources and am so glad I went with this one. It is very heavy duty and sturdy yet easy to move around when I need to (although I am trying to find locking casters so sliding it around doesn't scratch my floor). Very good price and quality, especially when comparing it to work tables at IKEA that are more expensive for much less quality!

I love the size of this work table. I have a small kitchen but wanted an island/work table and this size is perfect. I ordered the Boo's oil and it made the wood look so beautiful! The two things I wasn't too happy about is the box it was shipped in said "fragile" but the box was pretty roughed up. Inside, the shelf was bent on one corner but my husband was able to straighten it out. The second complaint is the description on Amazon says "Made in USA" which is great but...that's only true of the wood. The legs and shelf are made in China. Grrrr!

This prep table is the perfect smaller size (4ft) for the space in my kitchen. It looks nice in the kitchen and is great quality. Make sure to use the John Boos oil and cream to keep the wood from drying out and looking bad.

Sturdy and well made table. Lower shelf is adjustable. Beautiful woor top! Fit's my need for a work area in my work area.
