True to the color like in the show. Good cotton feel. Got as a gift so don't know about shrinking or how it is after washing. It's not a thin shirt but not too heavy in thickness.

Thanks to reruns on cable networks in hotels on vacation our love of The Office has been reinvigorated! This shirt fit great at first and upon drying shrink and is now property of a smaller family member. Be sure to avoid the dryer or air dry if possible.

Did not order this shirt expecting the INC to be pink! The add shows it as gray. The print is also lower from the collar then shown. Very disappointed.
