it's much much better than Patak's lime pickle
This is as close to the fresh lime pickle that you get served in Indian restaurants as I've been able to find in a long-life package. In particular, it's much much better than Patak's lime pickle, which I've tried 3 jars over the last year and two of them had this nasty background eggy smell, and the one that didn't smell of eggs wasn't as tasty as this anyway.

Wow
This is great - too salt, too sharp, too spicy - just as it should be! This is not for those with delicate tastebuds. If you like it strong and full of flavour this is good stuff.

Don't believe the good reviews
Bought this as it got good reviews from supposedly lime pickle connoisseurs??? This stuff is so oily it's virtually inedible. I wish I could say something good about it but I can't. Threw it in the bin it was that bad.

Extremely Salty
Very salty, makes everything else around it salty too

Nice but pieces of lime a bit too large
Overall I quite like this lime pickle but it may not necessarily be my top choice. One aspect that I am not impressed with is that some of the pieces of lime are quite large and chunky so needs cutting up otherwise it is a bit of a mouthful hence the 4 star rating.

Out Of This World
The most amazing pickle in the world (no I am not paying to say this) , Think I am onto my 4th jar now , eat it virtually every night at the moment it is true flavour in a jar and is very addictive much much better than any Pataks Pickle I have ever had it tastes so authentic

This is probably my favorite Indian pickle. A person needs to enjoy spicy and very tart Indian pickle so be aware an Indian pickle is not for everyone -- even if you like spicy things. The flavors meld beautifully in this one.
