Q: Do these leave marks on your heels?

No they do not. These are the best low cut trainer socks that I have bought, they’re comfy and stay put!

Q: Would these fit me as I'm a size 3 ?

They may be a little loose on first wear. But they do shrink slightly on washing to be more snug

Q: Do these socks slip down the heels when wearing trainers while walking/ running?

These are the only trainer socks I have ever owned that don't slip down at all. They have little pieces of rubber in the heel that stop them from slipping down.
