I have been taking these for several years now and they seem to be more effective multivitamin than others. I have stopped taking several other vitamins (C, D, etc.) because this one has all that I need.

Objectively I feel that it is a great product - it is a comprehensive multivitamin however I simply cannot get over the smell of the capsule. I am not weak stomached but it makes me shudder every morning when I take it. I will finish the bottle and see if this brand has other options. The capsules are reasonably sized, easy to swallow and I appreciate the flip-top lid of the bottle.

Number #1 vitamin brand from third party testing. This brand really absorbs into your body like no other vitamin brand does. Highly recommend them. I tried the one a day but too big and got stuck in my throat so switched to 2 a day capsules. Much better but still has the awful smell and taste that lingers.
