Not for either foot
It's not very comfortable because I ordered for my left foot since it states that it works for both. The pack clearly states for right foot though.

Stable anckle
I used it to conclude a treatment for fracture. It gave me lots of stability in my period of transition from orthopaedic boot to shoes. Use it with socks because there are parts of the fabric that are too tough for the skin. Also, it’s too width for some shoes, so use it with comfortable and open shoes.

Lifesaver
I can't say they're very comfortable, only cause having something wrapped around your feet and ankles all day generally sucks LOL but they worked a dream on my sad ankles when I've had continual 12 hour shifts on my feet. Velcro loosens over time, as it does, and some seams have come loose, but they have been worn 5 or 6 days a week along with washing, alotta abuse and they're still going
