This is A.D. responding...I am a knitting enthusiast who has started to knit again as a hobby, after not having knit in 30+ years. I was using a cardboard mat used for sewing and wanted an upgrade for what knitters are currently using. This is great, as some of my knitting projects are very small, i.e. baby hats & booties, and it can be expanded for larger items, i.e. scarves, baby blankets, and sweaters. I am very satisfied with the quality, and the storage bag is very convenient.

I had to block a scarf and it was so convenient to be able to lay it out in a row.

As an amateur knitter, I decided to invest in these. Really opened up my lace shawl. I really like this set.

Easy to use when blocking squares for knitting or crochet and easy to store in zippered case. No odor at all

I purchased two sets of these because of the high reviews and all of the answers for thickness said that they were almost or at 3/4" thick except one person said that theirs was 1" thick. I assumed (bad to assume) that the majority were talking about the size that normally comes up when searching. The 3/4" is only true for the 1.8 cm mats. I should have rechecked for myself. These worked ok, but the 'seller' also said that sets work together 'perfectly'. They fit together well, but the lines don't match perfectly. I'm ok with that, but if you are particular about the lines being perfect, you might be disappointed. Would have purchased the thicker set if I had realized these were this thin. Quite disappointed.

Great and easy to use and store away

Came so quick! Mats, pins, all of it are perfect. Super-not-confusing, too!

I specifically chose these drying mats so that I could use the grid that is stamped on them instead of using a measuring tape. Im very disappointed that when putting the mats together the grids don't line up.They can still be used for drying, but where detailed blocking is necessary I'll still have to measure.

Sehr tolle Spannunterlage

I got this as a gift for my mum, she was delighted with it! Although the mats are not as thick, they are thick enough and hold the pins without a problem. Highly recommend this product.

Die Matten kann man sehr gut zusammen verstauen und sind bei mir immer in Gebrauch zum Spannen meiner Strickstücke.

Wonderful product for the job of blocking crochet.
