Highly recommend! Simple as it gets I expected a freaking project! Not the case! Quality and fit was perfect! Literally unsnapped the old one snapped in the new one

Would have given five stars if it wasn't for one installation issue. The nut that the hold down bolt goes into was installed side ways in it's keeper area. So you are on the ladder wishing you had four hands only to find out that the bolt will not thread into the drive motor. Took it back down and looked into the hole to see the nut turned to the side. Removed the eight screws holding the case together and replaced the nut in its proper orientation. All good, turned the power on and the awning works again.

Worked great for our first trip. But on the second trip three months later, the motor was dead. I checked the system and had power all the way up to the motor than nothing. Not what I expected from a LCS part for over $300 None to the wise. You better have the extended warranty

Perfect fit for my 2014 Grey Wolf 26dbh The wire harness was different (the pigtail was a double dc style, still positive and negative.) I opted to transfer the motor off my broken head instead of splicing the wires. Could have gone either way but this way was quicker and cleaner. Motor transferred easily. Head installs with one screw!

Install myself and very easy to do, works really well.

Quieter than the original was before ripping it off on a tree branch. lol. Easy install took about 20 minutes after changing the connector for the wires.

This replacement unit is built much better/stronger than the one it replaced. New one has all-metal gears and no plastic parts except for the covers. The wiring connectors were a perfect match for what I had on the RV, so not reworking of the wiring was required.

Fit and works perfectly. I did not give 5 stars because the plastic was cracked when it arrived. There was a hole in the box where the metal end looked like it poked through. The box was probably too big and the part being unsecured was able to get damaged. I needed it right away to install and simply reused the plastic on the part that I was replacing. Other than that, no issues.

Product came broken.
