Best moisturiser for under eye
I really love this product and recommend for one who has dry under eyes and lips. It makes lips softer and works great for under eye dryness and also corners around lips. Go for it as this is NAFE safe.

The media could not be loaded. It is okay for winters, but it contains petroleum jelly as its main ingredient 46.5%. It has mineral oil. I don't understand what's the hype. The best it can do is be a lip balm
