Good product and limited lifetime warranty
This faucet has a smooth operation and the finish has stood the test of time for me. You may see a few complainers here where allegedly it failed. If that were true, it is under a warranty. Any issues with the faucet would be from abuse or incorrect installation. After having this since 2016 I know it is a good brand and will replace my kitchen faucet with the same brand.

Like these faucets!
I just purchased two of these faucets and finished installing them both. So far I like them very much and don't expect any problems. Some reviewers complained about the faucets staining, to me the finish is excellent and I can't imagine why they would stain. Others said they were cheaply constructed, they seem very well constructed.Installation of the faucets themselves was VERY easy. However, the drain was another story especially on the first installation the second one went very smoothly. One reviewer mentioned that the instructions were poor. I totally agree with that -- not the faucet part the drain was the problem. Drains that I have installed in the past called for using plumbers putty. but some recent ones did not. So I installed the first drain without plumbers putty -- guess what it leaked. Had to take it apart and start over. I also had a leak where the "tail pipe" screwed into the body of the drain, fixed that with Teflon tape. It seems that the manufacturer assumes you are a professional installer. I did not find any helpful instructions on their website.By the way, I saw questions in reviews wanting to know if the drain came with the faucet? YES. The drain is the type with a "side arm" which inserts in to the drain body. That "side arm" inserts into a hole in the drain stopper and lifts it up and down when you pull on the rod coming out behind the faucet. Typical mechanism on faucet drains for years and years. The hard part, for me, was getting the rod which inserts into the side of the drain (under the sink vanity) into the hole in the plastic widget attached to the stopper. There may be an easy way of accomplishing getting the two pieces (rod and stopper widget) to align, but it wasn't obvious to me. For what it's worth I unscrewed the plastic widget from the stopper itself (the shiny part you see in the sink) and attached a needle nose pair of vise grips to the widget so I could lower it down the drain. I then got a mirror to hold under the vanity and looked through the hole where the drain side arm inserts so that I could see the hole in the plastic widget. You can manipulate the vise grips by reaching above the vanity while watching for the hole in the widget with the mirror from down below AND then carefully slide the rod into the hole. Learned this when I installed the second of the two faucets and drains. Good luck. I hope this works. The faucets themselves appear to be excellent but the drains are a hassle. The drains are not cheap plastic they are made of sturdy metal. Of course, if your are an experienced installer you no doubt figured these problems out a long time ago, but if you are a do-it-yourself type like me -- my I hope my comments are helpful to you.

Smooth and beautiful. Water spots not a problem with keeping a cloth at hand.
The thing that stand out (besides the beauty of these fixtures), is how smoothly the handle/lever operates. Up and down, left to right . . . it doesn't take much more than a finger to operate it.I cannot comment on the ease of installation, because we had our contractor install, but we got no complaints or issues voiced from him, so assume it was a normal installation process. We purchased 3 of these for our home, and 3 more several months later for a rental renovation we did. The same contractor worked on our rental, and he did not complain or groan when I told him we were purchasing these same fixtures again.I have read and understand the frustration that others mention regarding the ease of water spots showing. I do agree however, need to also mention how easy it is to just wipe away to a beautiful shine. I keep a washcloth-sized microfiber rag in each bathroom and just give the faucet a quick once over after each use. It doesn't take any effort at all and keeps the faucet gleaming and shiny. If there is a con in all of this, it would be a teeny peeve that the lever to seal the drain pop-up is very thin. If trying to close the drain with wet or soapy hands, it's a bit difficult to get a grip on it. I also sometimes feel like it's so thin that i may bend it when pulling it up or pushing it down.I don't use it all that often, and so far no issues with it bending. The flip side of this of course, is that because it's so thin, it just hides itself behind the faucet itself. Out of sight and not noticeable at all until you need it.We love it so much we bought 6 of these, so that should speak for itself.

Well Made and High Quality Faucet
This faucet is well made, high quality, and made of all metals (except rubber and nylon seals). And the design is simple yet elegant. The StarLight chrome finish shines and is easy to clean. But there are a few things that should be mentioned:1. There is no detailed installation instruction per se. There is only the diagram of all parts; and I had to go to Grohe's web site to find their QuickFix installation video;2. In their QuickFix installation video, they show that they use a special long socket wrench (Grohe Spanner Wrench 19017) to tighten the nut, but they don't include it with the faucet (many other manufacturers do, such as Moen and Delta), and I couldn't find it in my local Home Depot or Lowe's. So it is very hard to tighten the nut, especially in a tight and limited space;3. The supply lines that come with and attach to the faucet are only 16 inch long. And my water valves are coming from the floor, so they are about 13, 14 inches short, and I had to buy 20 inch long faucet supply lines to extend them (12 inch ones are still short and couldn't find 16 inch ones);4. This faucet is for one hole installation. But my existing sink has three holes, so I had to buy the escutcheon plate, which is not included and sold separately (Grohe 6" Euro Escutcheon Plate StarLight Chrome 07 551 000);5. Although Grohe is a German company and Europe's largest manufacturer of sanitary fittings, including kitchen and bathroom faucets/taps, and shower systems, this particular faucet is made in Thailand (and the escutcheon plate is made in China);6. This one, 23036002, does include the pop-up waste / drain set; but the other one, 23042002, does not.
