Hi, if you order say a pack of size 16 pants then yes the whole pack will be size 16, these are what I order and they are great, I hope that answers your question, if not please feel free to ask again.

There is elastic around the waist and legs. They are a stretchy material. Very comfy. This size would fit a uk size 16 s bit tight on a size 18.
