Tripp Ultra Lite Black Medium Suitcase

This is a decent sized suitcase that is easy to wheel. The colour makes it stand out on the airport carousel - always helpful. We've only taken it on two flights so far but it emerged without any marks. There are no interior pockets, which was fine for me but others might want something that holds the contents in a more organised way. All in all, seems really good, especially for the price.

We have used Tripp for many years for our suitcases. However they have always been hard shelled ones. This is our first soft and much lighter case. Until we actually use it we cannot judge it’s performance.

Very good little case for the price. This is an excellent size if you are finding the biggest case to hard to manage. Would have liked it in a brighter colour as black is difficult to see on luggage rails in airports

I love these suitcases, they look more expensive than they were and are very good quality. I had purchased two of the larger ones a few months ago but needed a smaller suitcase for my impending 1 week away. This suitcase is fab, it is very lightweight, easy to manoeuver, a great size and a gorgeous colour. Quick delivery. I would definitely recommend.

Had the suitcase 5 days before using it. The bar in the pull along handle fell off and broke within 10mins of being used. Contacted Tripp customer services and they said,' We wouldn’t issue a refund to you for a used item, however I am more than happy to investigate the fault for you and see if this is covered by the guarantee. This allows us to fix or replace the item in question'. Contacted Amazon and they agreed a refund, but Tripp didn't supply me with a free returns labels. Still waiting to hear from them regarding the label. Definitely would recommend this product!

I was really impressed by the 5 year guarantee. How many things have a 5 year guarantee these days??! Impressive, specially as it's very reasonably priced. Also I really appreciate that the fabric is 100% recycled. It's really way too early to be writing a review as I haven't used this for a trip yet, but the time window for writing these reviews is relatively short. Really we should have a lot longer to submit reviews, so we can use the item for longer and see if it's at all durable. I assume this will be, or it wouldn't have that guarantee period. If not, I'll change the review later.
