Inefficient service -ice melted in few hours
The ice melts within few hours. Though it promises that the 8ce stays for 2 days. We took it with us for traveling and it really disappointed us. We would like to return, though the return window has closed. But we used it now and it was not efficient. Kindly refund the amount and oblige. TIA

Its okay! Ice doesn't last for 2 days as promised! Its good for a day picnic or an overnight camping but not beyond. Also, it doesn't have a drain plug which is a major drawback. once ice starts melting, it dissolves the remaining ice quick! Could be much better for the money charged!
