Upon contacting Mundi via email, they promptly responded, apologized for any inconvenience and offered a replacement wallet. The replacement was received less than a week after I sent my first email to them! Excellent customer service from the manufacturer that I truly did not expect! Liked the size and features however in March (7 months of use) the button came off of the flap and it no longer stays closed therefore is useless. Tried to glue it back on but the flap is lined with cardboard so it tore right back off. Disappointed that I couldn't even get a year's worth of use out of it.Aug 2019 5 StarsJust received this wallet today and I was pleasantly surprised that so far this wallet has exceeded my expectations.Since I generally take a large tote with me daily, I was looking for a large wallet that would accommodate my cell phone and had a crossbody strap so I pull it out of my tote to shop.My initial impression of this wallet:1. I was super impressed as it appears to be a quality made item. Specifically, the area where the crossbody strap is attached seems to be sturdy and reinforced (photo attached).2. Exterior material feels nice for the price yet sturdy. Does not feel cheap.3. Zippers run smoothly.4. Plenty of pockets and layout is well thought out. Even has plenty of space for receipts and a pocket across the back that I didn’t even realize was there until I received it. Will be handy to throw something I want quick access to such as running mail to the post office etc.5. It is actually a little larger than I anticipated as it is close to the same size as my A5 journal. However, it is much thinner than my previous wallet so it’s actually less bulky.Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and I cannot wait to use it. If it does not hold up as expected I will update my review. If no update, all is good!!

July 2021- I still love this purse but it's unusable because the snap broke. I tried using velcro type closures, but they will not stay affixed. I miss using this purse, but I can't have stuff falling out!---I always carry a small crossbody purse, it's just safer and it leaves my hands free for pushing the shopping cart or selecting items. Lately I've found myself cramming useless items in my purse making it heavy and uncomfortable to wear. This Mundi bag did the trick. I don't need my separate RFID wallet now because it's built in to the bag. That was considerable weight savings in itself! Everything is easy to reach and it's the perfect size for my needs. I got the hummingbird print and it's so pretty. The outside pocket even holds my Kindle Paperwhite so I can take it to Physical Therapy easily. I am so glad I ran across this purse on Amazon.

I like almost everything about this perfectly sized wallet. It carries everything I need for a quick shopping trip. The only thing that worries me is the credit card slots are a little loose.

Bought this for international travel. Easy to access passport with inside pocket, had zippered compartment if you really needed to secure change, and outside pocket. Also card slots were very handy. Tab worked great.

Great little purse, I needed something to take on a business trip when we went out to dinner, but also functional to use to replace my wallet. It was small and easy to carry. I liked the strap option also. I am not sure about durability for long term use or everyday use. I plan to use it for when I just need a smaller bag but still need to carry my cards, keys and phone.

Loved the color, the materials, the look and the card slots. However, the compartments inside are not large enough to hold a lipstick or keys and still close the clasp. They look like they would hold items, but they dont. Also, the outside slip pocket makes a very tight fit.

The bag is exactly as described and as I needed. Perfect size with areas for cards, cash, phone, glasses. My only suggestion is to increase the size of the closing snap. Nice RFID wallet/purse.

Update 2/1/2019: I returned this item. I actually used it a couple of times and I just couldn’t deal with the fact that the wallet/purse didn’t open wide enough. It was a nightmare getting my cards out, it didn’t fit my iPhone, it was just overall a really annoying purse to use so I decided to return it because it would have been hanging on my coat rack for the rest of it’s life. As previously stated I went back to my Mundi Big Fat Wallet and now I can see my cards and have easy access to everything. I wish the big fat wallet had more card slots but as of right now it’s the best thing I’ve found. I do not recommend this product.I’m keeping this because I love the idea of it. It fits all my cards though I wish there was another pocket for change in the back instead of another pouch. I’m used to the big fat wallet and I really thought the “large accordion pockets” would have come out more but it BARELY expands. Compared to the big fat wallet these hardly open up. I’m not sure how reliable the crossbody strap will be as it is quite thin but I haven’t taken it out yet, if it ends up falling apart or breaking I’ll update. I think it’s cute, dimensions are accurate but it’s much smaller than I’d like it to be. I think if the two things I mentioned were fixed I would be happier with my purchase. Also I was really hoping I would be able to conveniently fit my iPhone 8 Plus that is secured in an Otterbox Defender with a Pop Socket in the “large accordion compartments” but as previously stated they barely open up. The phone doesn’t even remotely fit anywhere in this purse. I’ll never find a compact purse/wallet on the go that also accommodates my phone -sigh-Pro: Cute, Fits Cards, On the Go Crossbody FeatureCon: Needs a designated change pouch. Hardly opens up. Thin strap. DOES NOT fit an iPhone 8 Plus with an otter box defender + pop socket.
