the knob/dial for the timer is useless in a real working kitchen - it is chrome and smooth and more or less impossible to turn if your hands are not perfectly dry and clean - you always need a cloth or something to use to turn it.I tried to mount it on wall brackets but the feet of the micro are not in a square pattern so had to tape it underneath to the brackets as it is not secure - not satisfactory!Seems to work OK and neat looking, but only had it few weeks so time will tell if good quality.

The only compaint that I have so far is the height inside of the micro oven, when I placed a rice pack of uncle bens rice it touches the maximum height of the oven and sometimes it does not turn on the table other than that I find it okay.

I like the colour and size of this microwave. I like the power dial. I do not like the timer dial which is very difficult to set the time accurately and impossible to set seconds. I was so disappointed I nearly returned this micro but unfortunately I had disposed of the packaging. Hopefully I will get used to this after a bit more use.

I love this microwave, it looks great in our kitchen with its mirrored finish and compact design. despite being compact fits our largest plate. absolute winner!

Too small, only just fits a regular sized plate so it’s worth getting a 20L or larger microwave. Mine is less than a year old and the inside has already faded tremendously. Looks like water stains which can’t be cleaned.

Very happy with this mahine, we are happy with Russel Hobbs altogether after recently buying their very quiet kettle!

Excellent product and really good value for money. Looks good and works perfectly.

We really like the knob twist setting a action for power and time.
