Could this game be played over zoom for distancing? If we share the riddles over video could a group solve them without the pieces in hand?

Thank you for your question. The EXIT games can definitely be played over zoom. We also encourage you to check out the KOSMOS Helper App, which offers narration, clues and atmospheric music and sound effects to heighten the experience.

How many games can be played per box?

Thank you for your question. The games in the EXIT series (with the exception of EXIT: The Catacombs of Horror, which is a 2-part game) are one-time use, as most of the game components are marked up, folded and torn to solve the puzzles (as indicated on the box). If you're looking for something with a little more replay value, we recommend checking out our Adventure Games, which work like a choose-your-own-adventure book. Can the game be played with more than 4 people, or is that a hard limit?

Having played this with just my husband and I, I personally would not play it with more than 4 people for the following reasons: This game has a decoder disk so someone will be controlling that. Most riddles/clues are based in a small booklet so someone will have that. Sometimes the only way to solve these is by just staring at the book in order to process what you're supposed to do. I would say that sometimes even 4 people would be difficult. Personally, my husband and I are having an escape game party. We are paying two of the same game. Once everyone arrives we will split into two teams (probably battle of the sexes) and the first team to solve the game wins! So, try that!
