Effective when battling Hatshimotos !
Love this! I have been taking about a month and I feel like I’m not so bloated and more energetic. I have Hatshimotos so this supplement is highly recommended. And the fact it helps with my immune system is a huge plus. It does something with T4 and T3 which very much helps Hashis! I will continue taking this. Easy to swallow, barely a taste. It’s an improvement adding it to my regimen

I haven’t been using it all that long, but I do feel like I’ve had a positive effect from taking it. This was bought in mind with the fatigue that I get from having hypothyroidism.

I've been taking this zinc supplement for a couple of years now. I love the fact that you also receive selenium and copper in the same capsule. They are all essential to our health and it cuts out having to take separate supplements. I would recommend this brand to anyone.
