Mont Blanc Fineliner Ink Refill, 2X1, Mystery Black (105170)

I was very conflicted about buying this. I was not sure I would receive an excellent product like my pen is. I was wrong. The ink works perfectly and it matches with my previous refill. Highly recommend this item!

This is the best genuine Mont Blanc refill. Especially when I write a lot of Xmas cards and letters to go with . Very consistent and smooth.A bit pricey as compared with cheap imitationsbut why sacrifice comfort when you write letters.

This is a brilliant refill that feels unlike any other. It is more akin to an ultra-fine Sharpie, but without the bleeding. The tip is soft, but doesn't seem to bend. But increasing your pressure will absolutely vary the line width. This makes your handwriting look quite nice.

I got this for a hack where you buy G2 Pro pens, remove the ink cartridge, buy the Mont Blanc refills, slice off about 1/8" of the plastic on the end, put it into the G2 and you have a pen that writes like a Mont Blanc. I like the regular Mont Blanc refills more than I like this rolling one. But hey, I have a Mont Blanc writing pen so I'm not complaining.

Writes as solid and pure a line as any fountain pen. Does not bleed nearly as much as sharpie pens. Much more durable tip than sharpie pens and Pilot Razor Point. Love these will buy again.

These refills work well for about a week, then they start drying out and skipping. I live in a dry climate but I keep my pens capped. Disappointing quality for such an expensive product. I recommend Ohto rollerball refills as a higher-quality alternative.

According to people who have spent far more money testing pens than I have, the Montblanc Fineliner cartridge offers one of the finest writing experiences you can get-- crisp, clean lines, smooth as butter-- and I have to say that it is pretty nice. I won't say that they're the absolute best in the world, but they're pretty awesome.Unfortunately, the ink either runs out or runs dry pretty quickly. I wouldn't plan on using them all the time-- one cartridge seems to last for about five or six hours of solid writing (which for me is probably something like 25-35 pages) at the most. I still love the writing experience, but I mostly use it when I'm writing something important. If the ink lasted longer, this would be a perfect 5 stars, but it just runs out too quickly for me.
