I own three of these but unfortunately the plastic ripped on two of the three, after only a few uses. Thr jelly substance came out and made me have a rash, I’m assuming it’s toxic. Will be purchasing only from brands I’m familiar with from now on

Great product - worried that the gel item will burst in microwave so make sure it’s warmed up in 30 sec at a time!

Not sure why the other reviewer had issues. It is important to read directions. I warmed mine for 30 secs and found great comfort. I found it at Marshall's on clearance for $5.50.
