Overall, a great product. It would be helpful if it was easier to clean and had better durability. I used them for one large event and it is already showing its wear. However, it did its job by protecting our stained concrete floors and that was my goal.

This is an inexpensive vinyl-backed entryway runner rug. It fits in front of the doggy door to catch muddy paw prints when there is inclement weather. The backing for the rug is impermiable so wetness stays on the rug. The fabric portion is rough enough without loops so paws and cat claws to not get tangled in it but it provides good traction. The rug can be hosed down whenever needed and hung over our deck rail to dry. Is it meant to last a lifetime, no, but it is perfect for saving me hours of sweeping, mopping, and general housekeeping caused by the in and out of my 4-legged family members. It is well worth the cost and the second such rug I have purchased from this company. The last lasted several years. If you have black tie galas in you estate house, this is not the rug for you. If you have pets or kids that come through the door dripping, muddy, or snowy. This rug can really be just perfect for you. In a few years I may buy yet another. I highly recommend it.

Edges weren't flat

My front door opens to living room carpet, so I bought this rug to protect it from snow/dirt that comes in during the winter months. The rug has held up well to daily traffic and dries quickly when wet, so my carpet is totally protected. The only complaint I have is that the rug isn't very "non-skid," so it tends to move away from the door and needs frequent re positioning. Still, this wouldn't stop me from buying it again.

When it rains it absorbs the water, I have to hang it up to get the water out

To be honest the items itself is disappointing, I picked the colour despite the price and really wish I could love it. 24hr after unrolled,the rubber edge remains uneven, see pictures. However my cat loves it as her fur and this « desert sand » totally blends in . So I will give another 72hrs see if the edges evens out before I break her heart and return this piece...
