Private Parts Paperback – Illustrated, October 1, 1994

Even if you're not a true Howard Stern fan, you will enjoy this book. (Or should I say, if you like humor & are easy going & are interested in people in entertainment.) At least every other page of this book has a laugh out loud moment. Howard's frankness & openness about his private life, as well as his public life, is a great read. From his early upbringings in Roosevelt, NY, awkward teen yrs, college times, meeting his 1st wife, & his fight to get to the top to make radio history is a fun ride through & through. You can almost hear Howard's voice as you're reading along. If you are not a fan of Stern's, then you NEED to read this. I guarantee this book will change your mind! This book is fun for all & gives everyone a chance to see that Howard Stern is not the monster he is made out to be in the media. :)

Been a Stern fan for a while. Seen the movie of the same title many times, thought I’d give the book a try. It didn’t disappoint. Reading it is like listening to the show.

This is why he’s the King Of ALL Media! I really hope he signs a new contract because America is NOT ready for radio without The Howard Stern Show! Once he goes radio will be dead! He is radio! Best interviewer, BEST host, Best Judge, hell hes even the best when he is the one being interviewed! Everything he does succeeds !

I have a bad habit of picking up books, only to find myself getting busy and having to put it back down. This is one of those books that you read a couple of pages and come back to without feeling loss.I thought some parts were funny, and others were just to much filler.I did enjoy the book overall though, and if you are a Howard Stern fan it's worth the read.

I've been listening to Howard for the last 5 or so years on the radio. I finally decided to get the book.It is incredibly reminiscent of the show and his personality POPS from the pages. Only read this book if you are open minded as there are a ton of sexual connotations/discourses.There are great images in the book as well. Any avid Stern show fan, or anyone who likes to laugh should ABSOLUTELY buy this book.Super quick read, not a dull moment.

I can't believe people let this guy get under their skin, he does it just for that reason. Some of his views are funny and I actually agree with him on some things. It's definitely a good read especially when people talk about how much they hate him. Saw the movie and had to have the book.

After listening to Howard for years and seeing the movie I decided to read the book. The book is very interesting and a very easy read. I loved reading these old stories to see how Howard got to where he is today as much of his career took place before I was born. Please write another book chronicling your career up to now!

I bought the Paperback one.The book clearly isn't original, it's a bootleg.It was printed by some person on some garage. The book is made of cardboard, quality is awful, you can't clearly see the pictures they are all dark and the text cuts in some parts.DO NOT BUY THESE. I wouldn't even take a bet on the Hardcover.Go get the book from someone else please.

Great book great bloke. What more is there to say? He's had a crazy life and this book gives you a sneak peak into that life. It was gripping throughout

Be very cautious of the print quality. As other reviewers mentioned, my 'new' copy was nearly illegible. Very disappointed. Sending back for refund and shopping for a copy elsewhere.Hit 'me with the Hein and Baba Booey to y'all...

Howard Stern is a legend. I know lots of people have different opinions about him but my boyfriend and I love his radio show. I ordered this book for my boyfriend and we both laughed all the way through. Love how honest and hilarious Howard Stern is - Hey Now!

The quality of printing for this book is terrible. It has been scanned and then printed. you would never purchase it if you were reviewing it face to face. unfortunately cannot return, as I didn't open right away and missed the opportunity.
