Decent liner gloves
This is my second pair of Smartwool liner gloves. I had a pair years ago that I wore completely out. I really loved them. This pair is similar, however, the fingers on the left glove are more snug than the right. It is not due to a difference in the size of my fingers. When this pair was made the left is slightly smaller than the right. At first it did bother me a bit but I can still wear them. Other than that they are fairly comfortable. I am able to use the touch screen on my iPhone but I haven’t tested it thoroughly. I have Raynauds and these gloves help keep my fingers warm in the car or in the grocery store picking up frozen items. They do not have grips on them so you have to be careful when driving. I wouldn’t wear these alone out in the cold. Then you’d definitely need another pair over them. There is one other issue which I had with my first pair as well. If I am not careful when I grab my keys, the wool threads are so fine they will slip in between the metal on the split rings that hold the keys. Then you have to sit there and work it back out of the ring. I’ve already had a few threads pulled out of shape on this pair because of that issue.

Very comfortable
Can’t speak to longevity yet, but these are very comfortable and fit well. I have been transitioning most of my soft goods to merino for a couple of years. Will buy these again if needed!

Did not expect such amazing quality in glove liners. A+++++
I purchased the large and was surprised how good these are. I love it when I make a purchase for practical reasons and then am surprised by the quality of the product. So I was a little concerned that my (very slightly) longer fingers would fit comfortably in these glove liners. I wanted something to take the chill of the mornings off when I go hiking or camping. To my surprise these fit so well it was like the company custom tailored them to fit me perfectly. I may have to buy a second pair just to have around the car just in case. For all intensive purposes, I have very average adult hands. I am at a computer all day and was not born with thick "saussage fingers" some people in physical labor develop. I would guess if you do have very large hands, these are not for you. I have normal adult fingers for a 190 lb male, and I do know my middle and ring fingers are about 2mm longer than some people. I know this because gloves in the past have just been on the line of uncomfortable for me. The large glove size is perfect for the average adult male. It would most likely be perfect for females with the same length of fingers as well. I could feel the warmth of the smart wool immediately upon putting them on. A little too warm on a day you dont need them. I was pleasantly surprised to find that you can use smart phone touch screens with them. Pardon my lack of research before buying but I did not have much as far as expectations on a pair of cheap liners. The quality is excellent. No random fibers or threads sticking out. The stitching is both solid and extremely comfortable. You do not feel the stitching on the inside like other products. I am very impressed. I can see why these merit the high online ratings they are receiving. This company has put a lot of craftsmanship into something so simple. They are very light weight, they cover your wrist about 3" below your hand. They are warm, extremely comfortable like Teletubbies are hugging your hands, and made to perfection. Very well done. Didn't expect to be writing such a stellar review about these.

Fingers are weirdly long
The gloves seem nice but I ordered a small and the fingers are much too long, which makes using them as glove liners uncomfortAble.

Solid glove for both exclusive and inclusive use
I'm a mail carrier that has a walking route here in the frozen tundra of Minneesoooota, and I have to say thus far these are my most comfortable glove. Depending on the temperature, I can wear these by themselves or underneath bigger fingerless gloves when it's under 20°, so my fingers still have a degree of both warmth and dexterity. The most important thing though is that so far, these gloves seem to have a longer shelf life than others I've used recently. In my line of work, the mail puts a beating on your fingers in the summer, and your gloves in the winter. Having to replace gloves is inevitable, however better products tend to last longer. These liners so far have held up longer than the silk ones I wore before. What I do with mine however may not be the same as the use you intend for them. Make sure that whatever purpose you have intended for this product, that it meets your wants and needs. Regardless, you can tell this is a quality glove for many types of uses, and I will be buying more when these need to be replaced.

Sizes run exceptionally large
As others have mentioned, these run really large. I had purchased tech compatible liner gloves from another brand first. I am female with long fingers. The large size was too large and the medium was too small. So I switched to these smart wool liners and ordered the medium. It was even larger than the large in the other brand. For my final try, I ordered the small and the x-small hoping one of these two would fit. The small is still a little large than my fingers - which is important if you are planning to use these as liner gloves inside waterproof gloves. The x-small fit the best, but was ever so slightly tight and I worried about shrinkage. So ultimately I kept the pair of small, but as my husband mentioned - my hands are by no means "small". On the plus side, the tech compatibility with these gloves is fantastic - even better than the other brand I tried originally. I could easily use the screen on my smart phone with any finger in these gloves. I am taking these to Antarctica next week, so I have not had a chance to evaluate their warmth factor as liners inside my waterproof gloves but it has been 25 degrees here at home and they feel quite warm and comfortable when worn alone.

Not as warm as expected
I researched the best thin gloves and these came highly recommended. I'm not really used to gloves so not sure how helpful this is but, they really aren't as warm as I expected, my hands feel pretty cold wearing these even in about 6 degrees Celcius. The two fingers that are supposed to allow you to use a touchscreen don't work great either, and the finger bits are a bit chunky so it's also hard to type with them on.I'm not really sure if other gloves do all these things better, I'd have to try more to know, but based on my experience I wouldn't really recommend them to anyone.

I really like these gloves. I've been using them for a few years and they still look great and fit really well.

No silicone grippers
Description saying "Silicone Grippers - Positioned on the palm and fingers to ensure nothing slips out of your hands." is incorrect - there is no grip whatsoever. Returning.
