I am So glad I bought this. It’s perfect and sturdy.

I needed an easier way for my toddler to get on and off our 14ft trampoline and this ladder does the trick! The steps are angled perfectly for safety and it was really easy to pull together and install. There was some oil on the metal pieces when they arrived but it wiped right off with a cloth. Definitely recommend.

Durable and worth the money! My three year old uses it with ease. Easy to install.

Took me a whole five minutes to put together super easy

Could be a better product. As soon as I unpacked it, I noticed that one of the poles didn’t come will Pre-drilled holes so I had to use my drill to create the proper holes myself. Then after finally getting the bottom piece together and started on the top, I noticed that the Pre-drilled hole on the pole that I didn’t have to create a hole, it didn’t line up with the other holes properly and I wish I took pics of all of this. It was a hassle, I thought this would be a quick and easy job but it almost gave me a headache putting it together.

I was definitely disappointed. Bought as is on sale and now sorely mad. Can't return but yet can't use either. Won't reach in height, confusing no hardware now sits in storage maybe I'll find some way to connect it but there's no installation guide so it sits in a neat capacity pile in storage 😞

Missing both part D pieces. Says the return window closed. Unable to return and unable to use. Very disappointed.
