Bought this for my cast iron cookware. Works great on all the pieces. When I first got it thought it might be glued at the bottom and was skeptical. Upon further inspection I could see that it was stitched all the way through with very heavy duty thread. No wonder they have a lifetime guarantee. Grips well. Fits my hand well. ( I have smaller hands) and feels great. I love that it’s enviromentally friendly and agree with the mission statement of the company and all the are doing. I will definitely buy more of their products 👍👍

I have always been reluctant to buy a handle cover for my cast iron because I never liked the silicone look and didn't trust it, but then I found this one. It looks just like an extension of the cast iron and is very effective at preventing me from burning my hands! High-quality leather. Fits like a glove. Slips off easily for washing. Aesthetically pleasing. Five stars!

As a frequent cast-iron pan user the leather handle has been really helpful; no longer do I need to use an oven mitt. The handle allows me to be much more efficient in the kitchen. It is formidable against the heat and easily slides on & off without slipping. The leather's high-quality and durable in my daily usage. It's also comforting to own a product that's supporting a small-business and environmentally conscious while looking stylish. The ultimate trifecta!I'll definitely be looking to use more Alta-Andina products in the future.

This leather grip is well made, an it fits all of my iron skillets. HOWEVER, it is not long enough to give me a really secure grip on the handle. I wish it was an inch longer.

Our new pot holder from Alta Andina fit our cast iron like a glove and does a great job of keeping my hand protected and safe from the heat while cooking. The leather is very high quality and feels great in my hand, and the overall craftsmanship leaves me with no doubt it will hold up over time. The fact that the holder is ethically sourced is an extra bonus on top of an already excellent product.I like this pot holder so much that I will certainly be checking out some of their other items.

Ordered two of these and they were made vary different. Please see photos. The stitching was different and it affects the performance regarding how it wraps around the skillet handle. Also, the leather felt softer than I expected. What they call Vegetable tanned leather seams cheap and not real. Would not recommend.

I use this predominantly on our cast iron pan and it’s just great. If you look into the story behind the company, you feel great about shopping with them. Great products made sustainably- I’m in for that any day.
