Q: Will this handle chilled dough? I have gone thru 3 presses, none of ehich can handle chilled dough.

I tried dough both chilled and room temperature and could not make this press work. All dough came out in a clump and was stuck to the end. I’m trying for a refund.

Q: Disassembled the shule cookie press to the point we cannot put it back together. scoured the internet for how-to videos. purchased in 2005-help?

Hi Taylor, thanks for your interest. The length of the cylinder is 4.9inch. You can adjust cookie sizes from large to small just the turning the knob; yields 35 to 40 small cookies and 20 to 25 large cookies. About pressing the cookie, if the dough is too hard, it may be a little bit difficult. You can enjoying the happy time of cookie making with your lovely family.
