Oster Versa Pro Series Blender

I bought this blender to replace my Oster beehive that still works but I wanted more power and versatility. This Versa 1100 (Xpert Series for my Latin America friends) offers excellent performance at a great value. My set came with a pair of portable blend n go cups that make it super easy to blend your drinks and take it to go. And it even included an additional 4 cup jar, a tamper and a food processor with four additional blades. I've made restaurant quality frozen drinks in as little as 30 seconds with perfect consistency. Some of the best smoothies that I've made from home. The power is far superior than the Beehive Oster. My biggest reason for choosing this particular model, it has a 7 year warranty versus the 3 year warranty Oster offers on all of their other blenders. I feel the negative reviews could be user error expecting a lawnmower performance to blend drinks, without a drop of water in the jar. That's a perfect recipe for a burned out blender motor. Bottom line, this blender feels solid and well built to give many years of service. Vintage Osterizer blenders can last several decades of use. I give the Versa a 5 🌟 star rating.

I'm very pleased with this blender/food processor combination. It replaced two very old (20+ years) blender and mini processor items that still worked just not very well. I love the smoothie button, it really makes smoothies smooth! Even with kale & flax meal. The food processor makes quick work of grating and made some tasty humus. Very powerful motor - it is loud but does a great job quickly.

My husband asked me to buy another blender for him to make his smoothies. When he used this blender, he text me and said "wow"!!! It is powerful and does a great job on smoothies with greens added. I used it for making guacamole, which I had to pulse to keep it from being too creamy as I like it to have some chunkiness - it worked great. I highly recommend this product and I am thinking about giving this for Christmas presents to each of my grown kids.

My NutriBullet seemed to be running on its last legs and I wanted to replace it with a good blender system. I didn't want to buy another Bullet if I didn't have to. I only did comparisons between this Oster Versa 1100 and the Nutri Ninja Blender with Auto IQ. Both had mixed reviews, some great some not so great. I ended up choosing the Oster because I was getting more for a much lesser price (such as the bonus mini jar, reverse blend, and the ability to use it with mason jars). I've used the big jar, mini jar, to-go cups, and regular mouth mason jars on it for about 2.5 weeks and have no major complaints. I haven't used the food processor and probably won't, it's still in the box. I like the auto smoothie button feature and the turn dial for speed. The reverse blend works using the big jar only. Overall, blends pretty well. It crushes ice or anything frozen in seconds using the "pulse" button. It doesn't liquefy green juices/smoothies entirely but it's close enough. If you don't want a thick drink, I suggest using lots of water & fruits/veggies that are not frozen. Clean up is easy b/c everything is dishwasher safe. Unlike with the Bullet, you could not submerge the blades in water. I've only had 2 minor issues. The first was I had a hard time taking the blades off the big jar when I screwed it on too tight. The second is the little black clips that holds the red straps on the to-go cups broke when I tried to take the lid off. That was cheaply made. I'm going to try to see if I can get a replacement lid. I have not experienced any leaking issues with the bottle cap as other reviews have mentioned. As long as you press down on the cap to ensure it's close with the little red thing in the middle, it won't leak. Other than that, it's a good blender system.

It blends better than my old blender.

This is a good value for the money. My blade assembly for the blender bottle broke after a year of daily use. Otherwise, it's worked really well. I also use the food processor attachment all the time to make dips and sauces. It's very efficient. The only challenge is if it's a small volume of ingredients. Then you have to scrape it down constantly. This is my second Oster blender, and I am glad I spent a little more the second time. But both times, when a piece wore out, I called Oster, and they replaced it for me. They are really great with their customers. I will always recommend them.

i like this mixer very much this has so many functions so many jars & food processor too it makes so easy to use. very good price.

Se siente un poco plástica pero es muy buena, tiene función de reversa pero solo dura unos segundos y la función de pulso se revoluciona súper rápido pero en general es muy bien producto, la parte donde puedes licuar en sus propios termos es muy útil y no he tenido problema de fugas o derrames

Buen producto y el envió fue muy rápido pero tenía un defecto en el accesorio para procesar alimentos así que tuve que devolverlo. Actualización: Volví a comprarla y hasta hoy funciona muy bien, el único pero que tengo es que se siente un poco frágil el plástico con el que está hecha la base.

Muy buena calidad llevo como 2 años con ella me preparo mis smoothies, la utilizo a diario , yo tengo un blendtec recién comprada que me costó más del doble y no he notado mucha diferencia, además que la oster tiene los accesorios muy útiles, y las jarra de tritan realmente son muy resistentes

La licuadora funciona perfecto para labores de cocina cotidianas donde una livuadora menos potente, batalla. para licuados recomendaria otra opcion.

Tiempos de envio sorprendentes para ser de importacion, con el envio estandar solo 2 dias tardo. La licuadora funciona de maravilla, ya hemos preparado 3 smoothies del libro de recetas que trae y son espectaculares. Tengan cuidado con la tapa del Blend-2-Go, con minimo esfuerzo se pueden partir los botones que sostienen las asas.
