This is a great door gasket
This is a great door gasket! I've tried a lot of the foam products that attach by adhesives and they just end up a mess and a waste of money. This comes with some little nails that can be used to tac it in place. I recommend using a staple gun to attach it to the door; using the little nails can be tricky when you are attaching it too a door. As for effectiveness it's worked great at sealing up the cracks in doors in my old house. I definitely recommend you bypass all that sticky foam mess and take the extra few minutes to install this product instead. You won't regret it.

Nice and simple
Nice and simple. Not sure why they bother enclosing tiny nails with it as a staple gun is much easier for installing this stuff - just push the gasket into the door and slap-slap-slap - done :o)The foam it is not though - quite hard vinyl. But it looks neat when installed with a little care and covered the gaps on our front door quite nicely (building standards in the UAE leave a lot to be desired ;o).I've also found that using the staple gun for unstallation allowed to move the gasket pretty easily when needed - just pull the staple out, adjust and re-staple,

Quality looks good, hard to find brown
This is the exact color I needed but it didn't fit the weird size channel for my door frame.

No Adhesive
Very skinny and there is no adhesive to stick it to anything. you have to use staples or nails to install. not what i thought it was. the packaging itself was fine and not damaged. and it did come fast. just not what i need.

Perfect
I used that gasket for a couple of old-style metal shower doors that I restored. If fits beautifully and provides a perfect seal.

Great Product
I had large gaps around my front door and had been trying to fix for about 10 years using the foam gaskets with the self adhesive. That junk only lasts a few months before disintegrating.I ordered this vinyl gasket and IT WORKED GREAT. My wife won't have to send me to a mental home after all. Problem finally solved.I highly recommend it.

Not many choices available
This gasket material is a little harder than I'd like, and the bulb is not quite a big as I'd like, but it is the only weather stipping I was able to find that would fill in the gap on the opening side of the actual door and still have the door close properly. It comes with little nails to attach it to the door side. The stripping I had attached to the door previously had come loose and was so ragged it wasn't doing the job anymore. It was good at one time, but I couldn't find more like that. This was the closest type. There seems to be plenty of options for other types of problems, but if the gap is on the handle side of the door the choices seem to be few. I can still see a sliver of light in a couple of places so the fix isn't perfect, but the best I could find.

Used to fill in gap between cabinet and dishwasher. See photos.
My new dishwasher was a little less than a half inch narrower than my old one. This filled in the gap on both sides nicely. I just pushed it in, it is not attached. Looks better visually and will keep steam from reaching the insulation.

Gasket not suitable for metal veneered door with narrow gap
The vinyl bulb is too hard and the lip too short to install on the face of the door. Especially when door is metal veneered and lip return leaves no room for nailing or stapling.Hard bulb makes it difficult for the door to close.
