Great jacket!
I live in Chicago and ride my bike year 'round, so I am used to dealing with cold weather. This arrived from Amazon on a 40F day - perfect to test. Just returned from the ride. The jacket preformed very well. I was wearing two synthetic layers underneath it. At no time did I feel the outside cold penetrate. Also, it is 90% humidity today - always a great test - that lever of humidity can be bone-chilling. I love the styling. I bought the black and white and red one - my favorite color combo. It looks great on. In addition, ride in the dark on the street, so I liked all the reflective items on the back. Last, but not least, the sleeves close tightly around the wrists, no cold will blow through. Great buy!

WAY better than I was expecting.
So I was shopping for a windproof jersey/jacket that I intended to use in the 40-50 F (4-10 C) range. Before plopping down a couple hundred dollars for the known brands, I thought I'd give this one a try since the price was comparatively favorable. Short story: It far exceeded my expectations.First of all, the fit. I am 6' 153 lbs and purchased the medium, which fits perfectly. It was 44 degrees this morning, so I wore a t-shirt and a lighter base layer under it, and I was unzipping to vent a bit of the warmth within 2 miles of starting. It kept me nicely warm and comfortable throughout my ride with no noticeable retention of perspiration. I'm thinking the comfort range of this jersey will allow for comfort down to the freezing mark, and maybe even a bit lower. I'm also not sure I would use it much above 45 degrees since it might be a little too warm. The only thing I've noticed is that although it is sufficient, the zipper doesn't seem to be as high a quality as you might find on more expensive gear. Other than that, this thing is a winner.

Awesome! No need to layer underneath!
I will agree with a few reviews that the zipper is a bit cumbersome but I just went out in 40 degree weather with a cotton, short sleeved t-shirt under a Under Armor short sleeve shirt and this jacket on...and when I got home, both undershirts were soaking wet with sweat. In other words, this jacket kept me too warm and next time I won’t layer anything underneath it. It is an awesome jacket...plus it’s awesome looking and fit me to a tee (I bought a Medium and I’m 5’11 and 180 lbs). I HIGHLY recommend it! FYI - if you do get warm, just unzip a few inches down your neck and you’ll get some air. I don’t know if the whole zipper to the side of your neck is a European thing but I wish all my heavy jackets were like it as it pushes the cold air to the side of your head. Brilliant! BTW - does anyone know the best type of shirt to wear underneath? The reason I ask is because I just got back from a ride in 40 degree weather and I wore an insulated, Under Armor type long sleeve shirt and when I got back it was soaked wet... which made the inside of the jacket wet and I definitely felt the breeze from it being wet. Any idea what the best type of under shirt should be worn with it?

terrible zipper on mine
I have worn my jacket about 10 times. The zipper is junk. the jacket material and rear pockets are great. the price is great. it fit great. But mine is a piece of...…...

Good looking jacket
I’m generally an XL in tops. 44” chest. I bought the XXL first but it was on the tight side for me, but it did fit. Traded it for the XXXL, which is more comfortable. Looks like a nice jacket for the price, but I haven’t worn it yet. I’m 5’11, 200lbs, 38” waist.

Well made, good for low temperatures, very comfortable
I bought this for cold weather riding. I have tried it at the mid-40's and it was very comfortable. I will add an additional layer underneath when I take it down to the thirties. I am 5 11, 190, long arms (think orang-u-tang), and a X large fits nicely. Note, I needed an XXL in the Zimco pants (in jeans, I take a 32 inseam), which seem to run on the smaller side.

Fantastic jacket
I really like this jacket. Very warm. I got it because I needed something light weight but tough, warm, and durable enough to protect me from the cold and wind. This is officially my new favorite jacket.

Better than I expected
The fit is almost perfect for me (size medium - I'm 5'9", 150 lbs). the sleeves are a touch long and I take 33" sleeves on a dress shirt. But this is no problem for a winter cycling jersey as I simply tuck the sleeves into my gloves. The jersey is not very breathable, which is a plus and a minus. It's fine for colder days where the temperature is fairly stable over your ride, but not so good if the temperature goes up during your ride. I have ridden in mid 40s for 3 hours with just a very light sleeveless base layer and it was fine. I've also ridden it in the high 30s with a long sleeve base layer for up to 3 hours and it was fine too, but I suspect that that's as cold as it'll go. For the price it's a very good piece!
