THE BEST bed in a box and beats a conventional
We have switched our mattresses out to this brand/model. THE most comfortable mattress out there. We love them and our AirBNB customers make comments on how comfortable these are. We even changed out mattresses in our RV to this one!

I'm in love with it so far! We've bought these ones 3x before and haven't regretted it once!

Best bed ever!
This was the best purchase! We’ve spent thousands on mattresses in the past. NONE COMPARE to this one! Absolutely must buy! We’ve been sleeping on this bed for a about 5 months now, and this bed conforms to your body. No more tossing and turning, no more aches and pains, and no BODY INDENTS! This mattress holds its shape! I’m very impressed!

Like sleeping on a free Ravioli
As the title says, if you are creating an Italian restaurant-themed bedroom, this is the mattress for you! In reality, I do not know how likely this experience would be for anyone else. The mattress arrived early, (even early in the day). I unpacked it as instructed and watched it return to its intended shape, sort of. after 48 hours 3 sides and all 4 corners were still about 4 inches shy of full height. This gave the bed slopes. For a guy as round as myself, slopes are a problem. We still attempted sleeping on it after the initial wait time, but after just 2 hours, I chose to enjoy a night on my fancy hand-me-down denim couch. Thank god I had not disposed of our old mattress yet. I put our old mattress back and placed the new one out on the floor to sit for another week. After that week still no changes, still a Ravioli. I began the return process, After explaining to the first Amazon customer service rep that, I do not own an industrial vacuum sealer, so the bed in a box will not be returning to the box, a plan was made. I was to forward an email, sent from the rep, to a special Amazon logistics unit, they would schedule a pickup, and bring the packing required for the king-size ravioli. According to the rep, I should have expected the special unit to contact me within 3 business days. The email however stated 8-10 weeks. Oddly neither of those were true. 2 days later a UPS driver arrived with a sticker.......Just a sticker. I called Amazon back up and, you guessed it, that's their special unit, but the need for packaging got lost in translation. The rep and I went a few rounds before the point was understood that I cannot put the bed back in the box. Luckily Amazon gave up, refunded me my money, and left me with the deformed mattress. Now what to do with it? Well since I was no longer worried about damaging it, I figured maybe I can try to fix it. After pulling the outer bag off I discovered that at some point in the manufacturing/shipping process the bed was damaged. There are 2 glue layers that adhere the 3 foam layers together. In the corners and the 3 sides, the glue had apparently gotten soft enough to fuse through the middle layer, keeping it as flat as possible. The glue had even leaked out on one side adhering the inner bag (not the one with the zipper) to the foam. I decided to try heat and see if I could soften the glue enough for it to separate. First I placed the mattress in a room and brought ambient air up to 90*f with a couple of space heaters, thinking this could imitate a hot warehouse environment. After six hours the glue had not budged. I then mounted my wife's hairdryer to a tripod and aimed it at one of the corners. the corner achieved 165-175*f after just 30 minutes, but the glue was still not soft enough to let the middle layer expand. I maintained this corner for about 2 hours with still no change. Then I removed the hairdryer took the room up to 100*f and let it sit for another 5 hours-ish. Still no change. So to make a short story longer, I have no idea what forces were at play to cause this defect, and now I'm stuck with a king-size mattress that cannot be slept on by more than one person. At this point, my best bet is to probably cut a twin out of the middle of the foam and give it to my 7 yo, maybe use the rest to re-fluff my recliner. I cannot recommend this bed, but I also can't say with certainty that this would be your experience as well. If only the manufacturer/shipper could identify the problem so customers could be informed. Something like "If you live in south texas and your weather has Tourettes around the end of the year, be aware your bed may turn into something resembling food" or something.

King - 12" review
This thing is fantastic!! It "inflated" or whatever almost instantly. We waited the excruciating 48hrs though. It's HEAVY too, mine was 105 shipping weight. Looks great, feels great, overall.. great! I'll report back when it starts to sag but it looks like this particular item is being discontinued (no long available elsewhere) so it may not do much good. But, if you're on the fence, DO IT! I read the bad reviews on here and was hesitant at first, but those are probably for the 8" one. Memory foam is a game changer. Worth every cent.Update Nov2020 - year and a half later - heavily concave on both sides of the bed. Unable to flip (by design). Can only spin. 1/4 turn (king size is square) helps a bit. Guess we should have spun more often. Plan on buying another one at the 2year mark. Kind of disappointing, $700 for <2years. But better than springs and mattress stores! How do I dispose of this thing?!

IT'S AS CLOSE AS ONE CAN GET TO OWN ING A TEMPERPEDIC!!!
Last night I slept on this mattress with an adjustable bed frame. It was a touch of Heaven. For a couple of years I haven't seen my skinning ankles. This morning I did--it was a heart-healthy night of sleep. Amazon's return policy is the very best, bar none. When I received a 9" mattress in error, within two daysAmazon had the 12" mattress on my porch. I avoid buying from most on-line stores because they don't hold their vendors accountable. In many instances, I absorbed the loss and avoid purchasing from them again unless they are the only ones with an item that I need. Thank you Sealy and Amazon!!!

Great night sleep, except when it’s cold.
My boyfriend and I enjoy our mattress we don’t wake up with the aches and pains anymore. It does sleep a little warm in the summer. In the winter the mattress is a tad stiff from the cold until our body temp warms it up. We have a cooling top for the summer and in winter we just wait on our body temp to warm it up
