The toner smudged on some papers, but it's okay. I will work around that

This fits the M2020W printer perfectly. Initially I thought I had ordered the wrong one but there is a plastic cover on top of the cartridge that you need to remove before installing it. It prints well, there are a few streaks every once in a while but I'm not printing anything that requires it to be completely clean. Overall its a good buy and cheaper than a Samsung refill.

Just unpacked my Samsung 2024W from recent OfficeDepot BF deal, removed demo cartridge - did not even try it, and inserted this. Connected printer via USB. Let windows install drivers and tried to print Test Page. Immediately Samsung popup appeared asking some internet permissions. There's a check box, disabled OK button and no close button, so there's no way to ignore this popup without agreeing by checking checkbox. There're also 3 links on the bottom right, one of them saying something like "setup blablabla". That one opens another window where 3 checkboxes checked, on of which says "Smart Update". Unselected all, agreed on previous window and Test Page was printed. Tried couple more Test Pages with other quality setting and couple normal pages - works perfectly,There's actually a paper advising to not agree to printer updates included in the box. So not sure whether it's actually the chip in the cartridge that's compatible with the printer, or the fact that I did not let the printer to update.

I ordered 2 of these and shipping was very fast. I opened the first one and followed the instructions and installed it. It printed very spotty. I took it out and shook it around again and re-installed it. Still printed horribly. I installed the other one and it worked perfect. Filed a claim with Amazon and they shipped me a replacement right away and gave me a return label for the defective one. For the money these are a good deal.

Fit and quality is just like a factory cartridge. Seems a little darker than my old cartridge but that could just be because it was low on toner. I would buy this again.

So far so good. No troubles with ink or alignment. Popped right & and worked. Pleased with product for the money.
