It does work, but I prefer some other styles a bit more. It takes a little more time and fiddling with to get the white to separate and fall out the holes.

I recently decided to try to make bread due to a particular diet I'm trying. It needed me to separate eggs. I figured I get something that would do that for me. I'm usually not fond of buying single use things. Anyways, it separated the egg yolk from the white without much trouble. The bread was gross, tasted too much like eggs. Very moist. Wet. Wet bread.

Wish it had a longer handle or it was straight. The little egg cracker is worthless and it only holds one egg at a time.

Very good quality. Bought for my grandma who trembles and so it's hard for her to separate eggs.

I like it. It does separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. However it's a spoon with holes in it. I have to use My own bowl or container. I would give it 5 stars if that came with it. The idea is to make cooking & baking easier. Not messier.

Sturdy, separates eggs very well. I find that eggs at room temperature separate easier than cold eggs, but that would be with any separator of course. The handle is not very long, but I have never had one that fit over a large bowl.

The yolk fell right through! Ummmm... that’s an issue.
