Scully 01413 Combination Vent Alarm and Fuel Oil Gauge for 42"-44" Deep Tanks

Just what I was looking for!

It's hard nowadays to find companies that actually care for their clients. Patriot Supply is one of these caring companies on my list. I did not set up my oil tank till 6 months or so after I received the product (unforeseen difficulties). When setting up, a part broke. I wrote to Patriot and they totally understood my predicament. I explained that I was looking for the part and not a free replacement. To my amazement they understood and replaced the item for free including the mailing cost. CAN YOU ASK FOR MORE THAN THAT TODAY? THANKS PATRIOT

This Scully 01413 was an exact replacement for the existing gauge in our oil tank. The unit was easy to install once the 1-1/4" vent pipe and old assembly were removed. This unit has a 2" NPT male tank fitting and 1-1/4" NPT vent pipe fitting. If you don't already know, you will need to raise the float arm for both removal of the old unit and installing the new one by unscrewing the gauge cover and pulling up on the gauge level indicator rod as you turn the unit with a pipe wrench until you get the new one tight and aligned into its final position.
