Excellent, prix correct par rapport au prix frais
Vu le prix j'étais vraiment curieux du goût et j'ai été agréablement impressionné, je me demande quelle est leur recette pour conserver un goût aussi interessant et une texture aussi tendre. j'aurais cependant apprécié que les lamelles de cartilages (2 par pattes) soient retirées avant la mise en conserve. le prix est prohibitif mais si l'on réfléchit il est à peu près aussi prohibitif que le crabe royal que l'on achète frais (aux alentours de 200€ le kg avec bcp de déchets et des morceaux moins nobles).
