Power doesn’t work. Camera has defects
The media could not be loaded. Camera power doesn’t work at all. I waste 5 hours to try turn it on. Looks like I got defective item. Not recommend this seller because you will have a risk to lost.

Not Professional - It's a Toy
I rented this camera for a Training Video Series, and Architectural documentation. It's not Professional at all. It's a toy.Farsight was unreliable. Shot in 15 different locations, inside and out, dropped or didn’t work for more than a few minutes.Built-in WiFi was not very long range, but at least it reconnected when in range and wasn’t too much of a battery suck.Live steam mode would stop after 15min of record time. And wouldn’t save settings from the last shot. The standby fan is excessively loud.Unreliable, and no real pro monitoring solution, even when paired with HDMI & a Bolt 1000. Bolt worked great! :)1/4 20 mount is not sturdy when locking to a large moving object. Needs a 3/4in thread.6 micro sd Cards? Good luck being quick to swap media... God forbid, you wanted to swap media anywhere but a cleanroom. Have fun finding a tiny card in some large gravel...Live stitching was poor even after calibration.Card speed test after swap took a good 30seconds. There has to be a better solution. No f-stop adjustment, or ND solution.Randomly would switch to 3D or 2D between takes.Stills- quick capture, only complaint is having to double-check settings every time you take a photo. Random raw+jpg change between shots.Great for solo capture, but don’t expect to see anything during recording unless you are right next to it in the shot... defeating the 360.

A lot of technical difficulties
This is very cutting-edge technology so be prepared to experience a lot of technical difficulties. This is not at the moment yet in my opinion consumer-friendly. Still, the updates over the last couple months have been huge with big improvements or big problems going away.I will update this with time. It's such a comprehensive device that all I will say for now is that it has a lot of potential but it may not be ready yet and could have some audio fan noise problems that break the product. Hopefully, they will be solved in the future. They already have been improved A LOT but still need work.To check out the camera live stream quality, check out my youtube channel named marijuana doctor or nature's way medicine. That's the best kind of review you can have!

Save $4500 and just get one of their consumer cameras
Update:Removed additional star because Insta 360 support has censored my requests for support on their support forum and on facebook leaving me without a path for support of a $5.5k product that they are aware has some very bad issues. Further research has shown that I am not the first to get this treatment. they are attempting to hide these issues from future purchases.if your expecting an Insta360 consumer camera on steroids like I was you are going to be disappointed. Not only in the camera but in the support as well. Insta360 has canned response for all support requests as it pertains to this camera, "we will forward your concerns to our support staff and R&D team" and it ends there. The driver for this camera hasn't had any updates in close to two years and the stitcher software in close to three. The footage on YouTube doesn't look much better then the consumer models like the One RS, and you have to be proficient wit Pr and Ae. The stabilization is useless because using it disables the direction lock so while your moving it it will only face in it's original direction. They do a great job avoiding this fact even to the point that they removed my question about it from their support forms. The footage from this camera can and will "pop" but the workflow is long and you must be proficient with Pr & Ae.I currently oversee the use of about 20 of the consumers level cameras from Onex - the One RS, this camera will not take you to the next level if you intend to move around with it, stick to the consumer cameras and save $4500.

Great Video and Photos! Highly difficult workflow - most difficult camera to run - very slow
The camera is capable of shooting fantastic 360 video and photos. The workflow is tough, there are many unspoken or written caveats that will keep the camera/software from functioning during and after production. You need a lot of patience to shoot with this camera, the processor is slow and takes a lot of time to switch from recording modes or saving a photo. Think of long exposure photography and you have the idea. After weeks of back and forth with insta360 support, I was finally told why the google street view was failing on upload. Seems like a good idea to put on your website or support website.
