Sweetwater. Never looked at Amazon because I bundled with a bunch of other things I needed and Amazons instrument prices are a little ridiculous. Some cables are twice the price you can get them for at Sweetwater.

Can you daisy chain it to the 18v output of the mxr full size brick?

HI No you wouldn't be able to as the ISO Brick doesn't provide enough current to power another brick

Will this power my 12V 500ma pedal safely?

As far as I know, it'll either under power it (on the 9v setting) or blow it (on the 18v setting). Best look for one that specifically does 12v
