Q: How do you open this? I can’t get it to open?

Q: Are both of the chains long? What is the drop measurement for the link chain? I want to wear this as a shoulder bag but I want it to be shorter

Both chains are 47 inches long, and the distance from the top to the box is about 22 inches when you wear it. However, one of the loop-shaped chains can shorten the length by hooking one end of the chain through a loop on one end of the box.

Q: I can’t get the clutch open! Is mine defective or what am I missing?

I am sorry to reply you so late. After the clutch is covered, it is buckled. Gently press the side without the button and gently open it with your hand.
