I Purchased it for my mother for Christmas I guess it got lost in shipping but when I received it the butterfly was broken off the nose

Gorgeous little elephant
This was a gift for my best friend, she loves elephants and I love butterflies, its even prettier that the pictures, the details are stunning and the elephant is delicate and beautiful, I definitely recommend this item, the only negative thing I can say is the packaging was terrible and I was lucky it arrived in one piece, there was no box it was just wrapped with the styrofoam casing, but aside from that I am happy with my purchase.

Arrived in styrofoam and no box???
Expensive but smaller than expected even with looking at the sizing listed. Also arrived with the tip of the tail broken. It arrived in only styrofoam and no box??? It was a clean break and was able to glue it back.
