Good waist band, true to size and also comfortable. I would recommend as the pricing is good for the quality. I started using it one week in a half after my surgery and it made my incision sore and painful so I would recommend using it a few weeks after surgery and not to soon.

An absolute lifesaver for Anyone who has very low to mid back pain or hip pain &/or needs a brace that goes below your tailbone &up to mid shoulders it is 100% customizable, in one whole piece with 3 strong Velcro stays. it is so easy to put on and you can immediately tell the difference. my back has been broken for 17 years and this is the first time that I have been pain free when moving bending or standing. this brace has been an absolute game changer for my life. my work is extremely physical & I'm very disabled, amazing staying power through any movements. the material is extremely soft it does not hurt your skin even if you slightly miss the velcro the velcro itself does not even hurt your skin. the stays down the side keep everything right in place they're perfectly thin enough to be flexible but thick enough to keep things in place I cannot say enough wonderful things about this brace I will definitely buy this brace from this supplier because it is 100% exactly what they say & exactly what you need to rotate your pelvis forward and hold your stomach in and prevent/correct most lower back pain. I am 5'6 in height, wear a size 18/20 jeans(regular type not spandex, 14/16 in spandex tight jeans) I'm truly heavy in my stomach area measuring 50 inches at it's fullest around my waist area. I got a brace size XXL. So easy to place in, No Help Needed!!! Lay it out Velcro on your left side, place one stay, then the others. After, adjust again, one stay at a time, until you get the desired compression. Place the outter supports ( I use them a bit lower on my abdominal area for added sling support of the lower stomach area, mine is very saggy from 5 C-sections) ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER!!

This seems to be a really good, tight and sturdy waist band to look thinner and holding that a bit of extra love handle. But when I started using it two weeks post c-section, it was a bit uncomfortable and hurt my incision a bit. So I went back to the band that was given after my surgery from the hospitable. Specifically for post c-section, I wouldn’t recommend but for sure after my incision has fully healed, about 12 weeks post surgery.

What an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING binder!! I just had abdominal surgery with a hip to hip scar in the same general spot as my csection 7 years ago (today!) and I have to say that I wish I had bought this to give them before the surgery because what they did use in comparison? 😬 This one is absolutely astounding!! I literally have no words to express just how much better this truly is than the standard one piece type they put on while on the table. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The only complaint I have is I was a dummy 🤦 I should have bought the medium... I knew that I have a 30-32" waist but (while bent over in pain wearing the hospital binder that didn't fit correctly and that had been cut down by my surgeon to fit my torso better and was causing pain) I was measured at a medical supply store to be 35" 🤨 I knew that was wrong but after losing 80lbs I am still getting used to these smaller things fitting 🤦 Anyway, even a size too large still feels *incredibly* better, so much more comfortable and supportive, and customizable than the original one I was given so I imagine the medium that is on its way will be magnificent 😍The trick to this binder is patience! You have to put it on just enough so the back panel (behind the Velcro straps, but the back back as well) lays flat, then put the *top* Velcro piece across your ribs so that it stays in place and then just readjust it until it is perfect; like Goldilocks checking each chair, each bowl, you need to make sure you check each strap and each Velcro and what angles they are at. They will change as you move, so once you do the 2nd and 3rd, you'll have to redo the 1st, but that is where the magic happens! Try putting it on while standing or laying down, sometimes the difference can help get the fit perfect for your body and for your preferences (even if those seem to change every few hours like myself). I have been able to put this on in at least 4 combinations of strap direction (*by myself* mind you 💪🙌 something impossible with the one piece I had been given after surgery) and each time has been like Mary Poppins (practically perfect in every way! ☂️)Do note that the side panels fabric does not stick to Velcro so if you think you are between sizes and it may be too large, get the next size down so the straps end up in the middle vs on the sides. Tip though, if you end up with one a bit too big, use the elastic straps that come out from the back over the front straps Velcro and it will hold it down for you where it doesn't stick. I am so ecstatic to be getting the medium soon and I will definitely update at that time with any difference I see/feel in how it fits when it fits more properly. I cannot imagine it could get any better than it is now as it is incredible as I said but if it does? 🙌 If you are on the fence about which binder to buy, buy this one! For $20 you will *not* be disappointed!

Muy buena faja, tiene 3 velcros y permite hacer diferentes grados de presión en cada área según lo necesites, yo tuve una cesárea y puedo decir que no me lastima nada. Great purchase, it has 3 velcros which allows you to give different grades of pressure according to your needs, I had a C-section and I can say it doesn’t hurt at all.

While I did order to size and yes, it fits my waist size, sadly these wraps need to be extra long so as to afford an overlap. This wrap does not overlap and is extremely difficult to stretch in order to velcro one side to the other. So if a person has shoulder issues like myself, this is not a wrap for you.I have had 3 other wraps that sadly I gave away as I didnt think I would ever need it again - I was wrong. The other wraps allowed plenty of room for overlap, ensuring that the tummy area is nice and snug so the muscles can heal.Ideally, this one I bought would best suit someone a very small person, so it can overlap. I don't think the company took this into consideration.

mauvaise qualité, c'est une ceinture en tissu, il n'y a pas de tiges métalliques comme on pourrait le croire sur les photos. les photos m'ont laissé pensé que c'était une super ceinture. Je vais retourner le produit car aucun intérêt. je suis déçue :(
