GMAT Sentence Correction (Manhattan Prep GMAT Strategy Guides)

I bought it as “ used: good” condition, the book was full of markers and notes, and most importantly, all the questions in the book were marked and answered! It is really annoying. It should not be sold as “ good” condition.

The book pages, binding, and overall physical cleanliness is great. However, there is a significant amount of notes, scribbles, and markings within the margins and on the pages for a book claimed to be 'very good' quality.Generally, it isn't the biggest problem if this weren't a study book with practice exercises. With the answers, written primarily in pen right next to the questions, it makes it difficult to get full value out of the book.Properly explore the book's condition, particularly in contrast to its intended use and value, and then market appropriately.

This particular strategy guide has helped me out a lot in the course of studying for the GMAT. Not only can it be used to study for the GMAT, I believe that it is a great sentence correction book by itself. I've read other sentence correction books in the past, just to brush up on punctuation and grammar, but none of them were ever as descriptive as this. The chapters covers all the bases and simplified down the concept for you to understand. Also, if you do purchase this book, remember to email them on their main website the order number. Doing this will qualify you for free online practice exams.

An excelent and sophisticatedly written review, probably the best source for exact rules for the grammar accepted by GMAT. But its too concise, lacking enough practice and examples for all those rules. It ignores the need for integrated practice that would rehersal teachings from the different sections.

The book is very good, but the code which gives access to online resources arrived already scratched and redeemed.

This is the best SC resource I have found so far. Just scored a 760 on the GMAT, and this book was a big help for the Sentence Correction section. It really clarified all of the rules that are tested, and how to approach them.

I thought I had learned English grammar fully but this book clarified what I struggled at the OG because I didn't know how to distinguish correct and false. Absolutely helpful.

いろいろなサイトやブログで、シリーズのうち1冊でも買えば6回分のprepが使えるようになると書いてありますが、この本を買ってもprepは使えません。最近仕様が変わったのかはわかりませんが、Complete Strategy Guide SetかComplete Prep Setを買う必要があります。結果、この本を買ったのは無駄に終わりました。
