I first tried the Soup! Enchilada chicken when I picked it up on the grocery store. I used it as a base, adding beans, tomatoes and vegetables, as well as water, tomato sauce and chicken per package directions. My husband just loved it. When I couldn't find more at the store I ordered it on Amazon.Note that the Soup! package only contains a very small amount of beans and a powder mixture that becomes the soup base when you add tomato sauce and water. If you are happy with just the tomato sauce type base, less than a handful of beans, and chicken that you add yourself, good for you. Just don't expect any other ingredients that you don't add yourself.For us, Soup! Is a great starting place for an excellent soup.

I was given a packet of this soup mix at my local food pantry; it was so good I wanted more. And I've found it here! I love a hearty soup, so the only change I made in the recipe on the packet was to add the drained and rinsed contents of FOUR 8 oz. cans of chicken. Ambrosia! Authentic taste. Takes me back to the days when I lived in New Mexico. You can't go wrong; just double or quadruple up the amount of chicken if you want a really hearty soup.

The soup is super thick and the flavor is too heavy with a couple of spices. I have followed the directions and can not seem to get the beans in the soup mix cooked all the way.This is disappointing because our previous experience with your soup mixes have been great.

The only dislike is that it's unavailable locally but Amazon is so lighting fast delivery makes it all ok...This is "THE.BEST" soup mix ever made..and incredibly easy to make.. Ive boughtIt for my family for several years...it makes for a happy family

Perfect have used this product for years...the chili is really good too...great flavors add your own special ingredients (green chilies etc.) enjoy.

I added the suggested beans and corn to the soup base and it was delishious.. I gave several away st Christmas and my family loved the soup also.
