It is tiny as advertised, less than half the size of an A4 paper, and there is a black printed frame. The whole thing is glossy, which I like. Only two nail holes in the top two corners. The other thing is that the printing is slightly indistinct, but overall for the price I am happy with it for the Boot Room Loo!
