I purchased this for a friend, so cant personal state how it is. But they are lovely to look at and was surprised to receive 5 i think! I was expecting 1 for that price! Well worth it!

Packaged so can go through letter box, 4 bracelets and good quality,hope they help

Can any one tell me how these are used. One at a time or all together. They are really nice brackets

Worn for a week and the elastic is beginning to come loose and hang between the beads. Don't think they will last much longer

Lovely bracelet it absorbs the aromatherapy oils well I put a drop on 6 beads and that was enough for me.They fit fine skinny wrist people maybe too loose.i only use one so I have spare if they snap.

Didn’t make any difference to my anxiety. Bands are also quite large and I have average to large female wrists
