I used to use Calm Magnesium but they changed their ingredients from magnesium citrate to magnesium carbonate which is harder to be used by the body. This brand still uses magnesium citrate and the scoop is smaller. It dissolves easily in hot water, I then add it to my tea. I like the unflavored because I can't stand the taste of stevia. Highly recommend and I hope they don't change the formula.

I'm not sure if I got the real thing or a bogus cheap substitute, but it seemed to me everything but magnesium powder. I won't dissolve properly in hot water, it's heavy on the stomach, and made me feel like I had just ingested chalk. It got sick with this. I'm used to a leading brand of magnesium powder and decided to try this one for a change. Worst decision ever. Don't buy it.

I switched from a better tasting brand to Bluebonnet brand because the ingredients are cleaner. The Citric Acid is from oranges and NOT corn...YAY!!! We just don't like the taste of any of the flavors, not too pleasing and due for improvement. Works well though.

I've been buying this for some time, but the most recent one does not seem to dissolve even in hot water. I wrote to Bluebonnet and they ignored me. I have to wonder what exactly is in this now! Probably starch!

I find this Magnesium very effective. The order was shipped and received quickly. I will re-order.

I take this at night before sleep - it really helps me to rest and sleep. Thank you for a great product.

This is just powdered magnesium. You can get this anywhere.
